What do nurses need for a Ministry of Health license in Oman?

The Oman MOH licenses a nurse with a nursing diploma and 48 months of experience, or a bachelor's degree and 36 months, after OMSB's exam for that qualification at a Pearson VUE centre (the Omani Examination for Nurses with a bachelor's degree, the OEN-Diploma with a diploma, US$200 either way) and the ministry's viva, which costs OMR 50; a private clinic or hospital in Oman opens the file and applies for the licence, which costs OMR 50 for a non-Omani nurse, so a job offer comes first.
