Privacy

outcomeOS shows internationally trained nurses and doctors which countries they can register in, what is left to do, and the jobs their profile can reach. To do that it keeps the answers you give it. This page says what we keep, why, who else handles it, and how to take it with you or delete it.

The free check

The check needs no account and stores nothing. Your answers travel in the page's web address until you choose to save your plan, so anyone you send that address to can read them. The "Invite a colleague" button shares the empty check, never your answers.

What we keep when you save your plan

• Your name and email from Google sign-in, which is the only way to sign in.
• The answers you gave: profession, where and when you qualified, your internship and experience, your registration and good standing dates, exams and English results, postgraduate qualifications, the countries you chose, where you are now, and your passport country when a rule depends on it.
• Facts you tick on your plan, and roles you save or mark as applied, with the stage you set.
• A dated log of your results, kept only when a result changes, so we can tell you when a rule change affects you.
• Which job adverts and official sites you open from outcomeOS, and any report you send about a rule being out of date.
• Your notification choices.

We do not ask for or keep documents, and we do not verify your credentials. We do not sell your data and we do not share your profile with employers.

Why we keep it

• To show your plan, the jobs that fit and your next step: this is the service you asked for.
• To tell you when a rule that affects you changes, and to send the weekly digest if you turn it on.
• To count, without naming anyone, which steps and sites people use, so we know what to improve.

Who else handles it

• Supabase hosts the database and runs sign-in.
• Cloudflare serves the site.
• Google confirms who you are when you sign in.
• An email provider sends notifications, once you choose email.

Job adverts we read from official boards may be classified with Anthropic's Claude; no information about you is sent. Links to employers, test providers and government sites take you to their sites, which have their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your profile. Deleting removes your answers, saved roles, applications, results and notifications straight away; there is no waiting period.

Your choices

• Download everything you entered, as a file, from Settings.
• Correct any answer by editing your profile.
• Delete your profile from Settings.
• Turn notifications off in Settings.
