What do pharmacists need for a Ministry of Health license in Oman?

The Oman MOH's Drug Safety Center licenses a pharmacist with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and 36 months of experience, with no break of more than a year, after a pass in OMSB's pharmacist exam (OEP), which costs US$200, and in the Center's viva, which costs OMR 30 to request; the licence costs OMR 100 for non-Omanis.

What the Drug Safety Center asks

Qualification	A bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a recognised local or international college
Experience	36 months, with no break from work of more than a year
For the evaluation and viva	A recent Prometric certificate valid for one year (the required-documents list calls it a Pearson VUE certificate), a DataFlow certificate covering the attested graduation certificate and the experience, an experience certificate of not less than three years with no interruption from work of more than a year, the certificate of registration with the pharmacy syndicate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Oman, the score sheet, a police record of no conviction, the passport copy and a photograph
For the licence	ID card or resident card (a visa for non-Omanis), insurance against professional errors for two years, a recent photo; 14 working days; renewal after two years with the same insurance
