What it means for you
- What can DataFlow's report say?
- It comes back Positive, Unable to Verify or Discrepancy.
- Can I appeal Unable to Verify or Discrepancy?
- At DHA, yes: two appeals for Unable to Verify and one for Discrepancy; DataFlow gives one free re-verification by appeal within 180 days.
- Do my documents need attestation or an apostille?
- No attestation or apostille is needed for primary source verification.
- What do I do first?
- Register with the regulator first (Sheryan ID for DHA, Mumaris+ for SCFHS, the DHP portal for Qatar), then open the DataFlow case naming that regulator, sign the Letter of Authorisation, pay and upload clear colour scans.
- Which documents does DataFlow verify?
- The degree or diploma with its transcript, the home licence or registration (for an Indian nurse the state nursing council that holds her record), experience certificates on letterhead with exact dates, title, department and an authorised signatory, and the good standing certificate.
- Can one report serve another regulator?
- A report moves between regulators as a paid transfer with a new Letter of Authorisation in 5 to 7 working days; the receiving regulator may add components. DHA accepts transfers from DOH, SHA and MOHAP.
- Who pays for DataFlow?
- The regulators are silent. Qatar routes the evaluation through the employer's representative; Oman's procedure says the establishment owner or the applicant; some Saudi state recruitments advertise free DataFlow; Indian agencies routinely charge the nurse.
